The Process
Initial Consultation: Owner/operator, Hope Linan, will meet with you, either in person or Zoom, to discuss your needs. You are given a copy of the estate sale questionnaire and contract at this meeting. Questions are welcomed and our services are tailored to your specific requests.
Pricing & Organizing: Once the contract has been signed and the questionnaire filled out, the process begins officially. We finalize a date, carefully assess, organize, and price each item to ensure the best possible value for your sale. Items will be staged in an appealing way and sale prep ensues. Your timeline is honored!
Marketing the Sale: We promote your estate sale through online platforms, social media, and local channels to attract buyers. This often occurs during the pricing and organizing phase, as we uncover items that are appealing to collectors and our network of buyers.
Hosting the Sale: Our experienced team manages the event, handling customer inquiries, transactions, and execute sales efficiently. This usually happens over the course of a Thursday/Friday/Saturday, as those are popular selling days.
Post-Sale Cleanup: After the sale, we can also help donate usable items, remove trash and undesirables from the home, and clean it for whatever it’s next stage will be.
Final Details: Once the sale is over, the homeowner will receive photos of the empty house, a detailed booklet detailing items that were sold and how much they sold for, and payment is disbursed within 5-7 days post-sale.
